MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

For the Month of February 2015

 

I.                   PUPIL DEVELOPMENT:

·         Prepared daily Lesson Log.

·         Made and used materials appropriate for pupils’ needs.

·         Administered and recorded formative and summative tests.

·         Integrated values in different learning areas.

·         Provided activities in accordance with the lesson.

·         Conducted review lessons during Saturdays in preparation to the Language Assessment for Primary Grade 3.

·         Monitored the Editorial Staff and the members of the Young Writers Club during their meeting.

 

II.                CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT:

·            Prepared daily Lesson Log.

·            Integrated values in different learning areas.

·            Used varied visual aid, strategies and techniques of teaching.

 

III.             STAFF DEVELOPMENT:

·         Attended meetings and conferences.

·         Served as the School Paper Adviser and adviser of the Young Writers Club.

·         Served as the chairman of the committee on program/invitation and emcee during the Search for the Queen of Hearts 2015 on February 27, 2015.

       

IV.             PHYSICAL FACILITIES:

·         Maintained cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside the classroom.

 

V.                NETWORKING:

·         Facilitated Homeroom PTA meeting to report the pupils’ progress and to disseminate the school activity for the month of February.

·         Helped the catechists of St. Raphael de Archangel Parish as they held the pupils Confession and the First Holy Communion on February 13 and14, 2015.

 

VI.             PROBLEMS MET:

·         Absenteeism of pupils.
